This innovative Family fitness program gives you an easy guide for a 40-50 minute family fitness program to run for 3 days of the week. It contains an easy to implement Bible discussion that is layered with the warm ups, stretches, and cool-downs. These sessions focus on Jumping, Tabata and SpeedSkaters and the chats help us think more about WONDER (life, the universe, the future, God).

Each session contains ways to chat and connect, warm-up, stretches, a new exercise to learn, and a work-out CHALLENGE. Layered through out is a Bible focus to talk about during stretching and cooling down. An innovation for families and households who need a workout routine to share. Repeat the sessions for more active families.
