This is the first story resource of our Story Teller Project. It is a fictional account of two children (Simon and Miriam) in the days when Jesus walked this earth. They came in contact with some talking creatures who, when the Holy White Dove descended on them, told the children what they saw and heard of Jesus' life, His works and His teaching from their point of view. This chapter introduces Simon and Miriam to "Figface" the talking fig tree and "Vinnie the Vine." They also briefly meet Bilijah the goat aka "Billie the Kid" who has a bit of an attitude, but is suitably dealt with. The format is semi-animated comic style, but also comes with an interactive story version (to be loaded later) as a fun family or class activity.
