Max7 can help you to build an online and onsite group called a Community. You may find this a valuable tool for a number of reasons.

Every member of a Max7 Community needs to have their own Max7 login.
Each member can be added to a community with different responsibilities in the group. Some might only view content created by the community, others may be able to contribute or modify existing content.
