Salvation and Abundant Life through Jesus. The parable of the Lost Sheep and the faithful searching Shepherd helps us to understand God’s determination to bring people back to him. Understanding what God did for us through Jesus’ death on the cross will help children to see that God has done even more than search for us. He has made the only sacrifice that could wipe out our sins. This lesson was donated by a group of writers from India who are children’s ministry leaders, teachers and theologians. Together they put together a module of 10 lessons of the things they wished that they knew when they were young, new Christians, or just learning about Christianity for the first time.
