Need more people to get alongside your youth or young leaders. Work through this Mentoring Guide with them. It contains mentoring ideas that they can easily put into practice.
Do you see young people in your community who like activity and love adrenaline? Have some leaders who are ready to go out there with them? Check out this manual How to start an Action Sports Ministry. Action sport is also known as Extreme sport. Surfing, BMX, skating, base-jumping, gliding, sport photography, snowboarding etc. This is a global culture that can love and share Jesus. Get your risk assessments sorted. Pray hard. Get into it.
